RE: CONDITIONAL EXCEPTION - UV #873.
Gentlemen:
Herewith is the Planning Commission recommendation for
approval of UV #873 for J. f. McMichael Co., 469-A W. Valencia
Drive, Fullerton, California. Said request involves deviations
to the R-3 Ll.��ted Multiple Family Residence District re-
quirements and the Subdivision Ordinance Code for Tentative
Tract Map No 6119.
The property involved is located between 1?4-h anO 13th Streets
and between Orange and Magnolia Avenues.
The applicants request is to construct a subdivision with lots
less than 60 feet wide and containing less than the required
6000 sq. ft. of lot area.
Use Veriance No 873 was approved and recommended to your
Honorable Body for approval upon the following condition:
1. The Tenta,".'ive Map received November 161 196501 shall
be the approved layout.
