Gentlemen: Herewith is the Planning Commission recommendation for appproval of UV #674 for Shields Development Co., Inc., 231 South Washington Avenue, Suite "J", Whittier California, Said request involves various deviations to the LA Residen. tial Agricultural District requirements and the Subdivision Ordinance for Tentative Tract Maps No. 6117. The property involved is located on the southwest comer of Yorktown Avenue and Brook-hurst Street. The applicants request is to construct a single family development with various exceptions to the H mtington Beach Ordinance Code. Use Vmriance No. 874 war approved and recommended to your Honorable Body for approval upon the following conditions: 1. Lets within each block shall average 60 ft. in width with 6000 sq. ft. of lot area and the minim= lot shall not be less than 30 ft. wide with 5000 sq. ft. of lot area. 2. All streets shall comply with standards purposed by the Department of Public Works and a proved by both the Planning Commission (August 3, N65) and City Council (September 7, 1965). 3.
