RE: CONDITIONAL" -EXCEPTION - UV #876.
'Gentlemen:
Herewith is'the Planning Commission recommendation for
approval of UV #876 for Luxury Homes, Inc. 905'N.,Euclid
Avenue, Anaheim, California. Said request involves various
deviations to the R-2 Two Family Residence District require=
ments and the Subdivision Ordinance for Tentative Tract Map
No. 5855.
The property involved is.located on the southeast corner
of Slater Avenue and Edwards `Street.
Thr applicants .request is to ,,construct a ,single fa►tily:
development with various exceptions to the Huntington Beach
Ordinance Code.
Use Variance No 876 was approved and recommended,--:o your
Honorable Body for approval, upon the following,_ conditions:
