As stated in the notice, we have the right to appeal to the City Council the decision of the Planning Commission within 10 days of such notice. This letter will serve as the execution of our right to appeal to the City Council and we are forwarding a. check with this letter in the amount of $75.00 which is the fee for filing :he appeal. At the time of our application for a valiance, we neglected to include a request to have access rights rededicated to the property as those rights were dedicated to the City of Huntington Beach at the time the tract was developed. There- fore,, we wish to have the City Council consider the above request to have the accese' rights rededicated to the subject property for the purpose of constructuig driveways for our proposed improvement In the event we Pre successful in our appeal.
