You will receive an e-mail in January with all the necessary information related to filing the Form 700. Annual Notice of Filers whose Statements are Forwarded to FPPC (Article II List) Attached to this e-mail is the annual list of individuals whose statements should be forwarded to the FPPC. Please review the list for accuracy and keep the following Points in mind: 1. The list should only include individuals in the following positions: • Mayor © City Attorney (Primary Only) • City Council Members • City Manager (Primary Only) • Planning Commissioners • City Treasurer* • Chief Administrative Officer *Forward the Finance Director's statement only if your city does not have a treasurer. 2. Add the names and positions of any individuals currently holding a position shown above and who do not appear on the list. Indicate the date (month, day and year) he or she assumed office and forward their statements to me. 3. Include the names and positions of any newly -elected (non -incumbent) officials. Indicate the date (month, day and year) he or she has assumed or will assume office and forward their statements to me.
