City of Huntington Beach Orange County Superior Court Case No. 30-2011-00456720 Nature of Case: Plaintiff, a minor, claims that he fell in a hole in Talbert Park near Talbert Middle School. Plaintiff's accident occurred during school hours while he was a student participating in a school activity.
