You will receive an e-mail in January with all the necessary information related to filing the Form 700. Please review the list for accuracy and keep the following points in mind: 1. In previous years, the City of Huntington Beach has responded to a written request typically received in November from the FPPC to file this form. I checked our files and didn't find such a request, so I am providing the most up to date information I have. I have also attached are Leaving Office 700 Forms for former City Council members Keith Bohr, Devin Dwyer and Don Hansen, and Assuming Office 700 Forms for newly elected Council Members Jill Hardy, Jim Katapodis and Dave Sullivan, and a newly appointed Planning Commissioner Robert Dingwall.
