Gentlemen: Transmitted herewith is a proposed amendment to Article 953 of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code. This provision is an amendment- to the M-1 Lig4.t Industrial District which will delineate parking requirements for " manufacture or research testing laboratories, motor vehicle for machinery sales, transportation terminal facilities, storage buildings , wholesale , warehousing and distribution facilities. The Planning Commission unanimously approved this matter December 7, 1965, and recommends adoption by your Honorable Body.
