The sale of this parcel is the result of an encroachment
along the boundary of La Bard Park. In view of the improve
manta made within the encroachment, lincluding r block wall,
it has been determined by the Rojeftation and Parks Commission
that the best solution would bo to sell the park area encroached
upon. The value of the property to be sold has been determined
by using the appraised square foot value of the adjacent
residential lot.
The attached resolution would authorize the sale. Nr. worthy,
Recreation and Parks Director will be prepared to answer any
qusntions the Council may have.
