DATE: March 20. 1970 The sale of this parcel is the result of an encroachment along the boundary of La Bard Park. In view of the improve manta made within the encroachment,lincluding r block wall, it has been determined by the Rojeftation and Parks Commission that the best solution would bo to sell the park area encroached upon. The value of the property to be sold has been determined by using the appraised square foot value of the adjacent residential lot. The attached resolution would authorize the sale.
