MEETING DATE: October 21, 2002
Analysis:
DEPARTMENT ID NUMBER:PW 02-067
The City is required to adopt a resolution every even numbered year informing the OCTA
that the City's Circulation Element is in conformance with the Master Plan of Arterial
Highways and whether any changes to any arterial highways of the Circulation Element have
been adopted by the City. This resolution allows the City to qualify for participation in the
CTFP.
The CTFP is a combination of Measure M, federal and local funding programs. These
programs were consolidated under one set of procedures and general policies to maximize
flexibility in the allocation of funds and minimize the application and administrative burden for
local jurisdictions. Huntington Beach has been awarded approximately $3.2 million for CTFP
projects over the past two years.
Environmental Status: Not applicable.
