4. Land Use Approval:
On October 21, 2008, Royal Street Communications California, LLC obtained zoning approval from the City
of Huntington Beach for the construction, use, and maintenance of a PCS Wireless Facility, pursuant to the
Wireless Permit No. 08-033.
Following a ten (10) day appeal period with no appeal filed, the approval became effective October 31,
2008.
