Analysis: The City owned Ocean View Estates, of necessity, needs utilities. To provide these, utility companies must have right-of-way easements for their distribution lines. Recommendation: Authorize the execution of this utility easement agreement. Funding Source: Not applicable. Alternative Action: Do not approve the right-of-way easement agreement. Attachments: 1.
