Doyle Miller City Administrator City of Huntington Reach Civic Center Huntington Beach, California Dear Mr. Miller: 1. For the past several weeks I have been in contact with Mr. Hartge of your engineering department and Mr. Williams of the building department regarding sewage disposal for a building at 17612 - Beach Blvd. 2. Mr. Hartge has the complete information on this subject, location, etc. 3. It appears that it is the desire of the city to elimin- ate cesspools and septic tanks in this area, due to recent problems which have occured. 4. At the present time we understand that there is a peti, tion to install sewers on Cameron Street, under the 1911 Act. This would not provide sewers in adequate time for the completion of this building. 5. In the best interest of all concerned, we do not feel that it would be wise to install temporary cesspools for six months or a year, in hopes of sewers being installed within that time. 6. In light of the above, my client, Dr. Nelson, requests that the City of Huntington Reach consider participating in the installation of a. sewer system, starting at $later and running approximately 660 feet south along Cameron Street. coatributo 'file SUID of $10$40,00 toward the construction of, thle sever line. , We to the ,, we would sppreOlatO your „ e . - the aarliest PossibledOt&- yery truly jaV%0010,roCity ZuSinear .
