DECLARATION OF RELEASE OF
HOLLY-SEACLIFF AREA OF BENEFIT CHARGES
This Release of Area of Benefit Charges is made by the City of Huntington Beach, a
municipal corporation, as of the date set forth below.
RECITALS
A. On June 17, 2002, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach adopted
Resolution No. 2002-59, establishing the Holly-Seacliff Area of Benefit District. The District
was created pursuant to Chapter 17.68 of the Huntington Beach Municipal Code.
B. The Resolution No. 2002-59 requires that each parcel within the District pay a
charge equivalent to the cost of improving the curb, gutter, sidewalk, and ten feet of roadway
adjacent to the parcel upon development of the parcel.
C. Notice of the District charge was recorded against all the parcels within the
District pursuant to "Memorandum of City Council Resolution No. 2002-59 Establishing The
Holly-Seacliff Area of Benefit District," County of Orange Record No. 2003001458184.
D. This Declaration is recorded pursuant to Section 17.68.110(d) of the Huntington
Beach Municipal Code, which provides the City Engineer shall record a notice removing the
parcel from the District when the charge has been paid.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Engineer hereby certifies as follows:
l . The charge for the parcel identified in Exhibit A, attached hereto, was paid on or
about March 2, 2005, and is no longer subject to the Holly-Seacliff Area of Benefit District.
