Clerk Gentlemen.— Transmitted herewith is a copy of Re Solution No . 1091 , a resolution of the. City Planning Cummission recommending approval of Precise Plan Alignment No , 72-5 . This proposal: was initiated by the Planning Commission to precise plan a street alignment for the easterly extension Of "Hill' Drive within Tentative Tract No . 7692 , to terminate in a cul-de-sac . The Planning Commission held a public hearing on May 20 1.972 . Said matter was continued to the May 9th meeting for further study , at which time the Planning Commission approved the street alignment for the easterly extension of "Jill" Drive within Tentative Tract No. 7692 to teratinate in a cul -de-sac . At said meeting the Planning CoMMISS1011 instructed the staff to prepare a resolution adopting said alignment . Subject property was not included within the tentative tract be.ause it is held under different oumership. Because of this , the Commission felt that a precise plan was needed to f insure that: the property in question would have proper access when devcloped as an R1 subdivision.
