Transmitted herewith is a copy of Resolution No. 10949 a resolution
of the City Planning Commission recommending approval of Precise Plan
,alignment No, 72-6.
This precise plan proposes to realign Ellis Avenue between Huntington
and Go
thard
Streets
toamore sou
therly alignment,
t taking advantage

of an existi-ng swale and allowing Ellis Avenue to pass under the
Southern Pacific Railroad tracks. Tentacive Tract No. 7601 , an the
northwest corner of Huntington St
reet and Ellis Avenue, was approved
with the proposed alignment .
Another part of this precise plan is the extension of Huntington
Street , from Ellis Avenue to a point 132 feet north of Ellis Avenue.
This plan will provide for the east half of Hunting .street , the
west half having already been required as a condit.#on of 'rentatLve
Tract No. 7601 .

and. Gothard Streets to a more southerly align..ient, taking advantage
