Gentlemen:
Transmitted herewith is Precise Plan a." Street Alignment No. G9-2 ,
recommending a precise utreet alignment for Elm and Ash Streete
and Cypress and Sycamore Arariues, by reducing a portion of such
right--of-ways from sixty (60) feet to fifty-foiir (54) and
fifty-two (52) foet. Said streets are located south of Warner
Avenue and west of Beach Blvd„
The Planning Commission tin.animously approved this matter on
May, 20, 1960., and r eco=ends adoption by your Honorable Body.
The State Planning Act requires that n public hearing be held
after which the elan may be adopted by Ordinance.
