PRECISE PLAN 72-5
E
gAffriK.t, MAN
MEMORANDUM
TO: Planning Commission
FROM: Planning Department
RE: Precise Plan Alignment No . 72-5
DATE: May 2, 1972
Precise Plan Alignment No. 72-5 is a proposal to
precise plan the easterly extension of a nul-de-sac
street at the northwest corner of tndiraapolis
Avenue and Magnolia Street .
The Planning Commission instructed the staff to
set this precise plan for a hearing at the
April G, 1972 meeting when Tentative Tract No. 7692
was approved . Subject property was not included
within the tentative tract because it is held
under different ownership . Because of this , the
Commission felt that a precise plan was needed to
insure that the property in question would have `
proper access when developed as an R1 subdivision.
The staf will be prepared to discuss this item
at the May 2 meeting .
