Gentlemen:
Transmitted herewith is a copy of Precise Plan of Street
Alignment No. 70-8.
Said plan proposes to move the existing southerly right-of-
way of Warner Ave. 20 ft. to the south, for a distance of
500 ft. west and 950 ft. east of Beach Blvd. The Planning
Commission unanimously approved the street alignment and
recommends adoption by your Honorable Body.
The State Planning Act requires that a public, hearing be
held after wh1ch the plan may be adopted by ordinance .
