[X] Yes -------------------- ---------------------------------------------------------Qi� Statement .of Issue, Recommendation, Analysis, Funding Source, Alternative action, Attachm s. -------------------------------------------------------------------------� STATEMENT OF ISSUE: The affected owner is requesting the vacation of excess right-of-way for street purposes located on the east side of Elm Street, north of Cypress Avenue. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt the attached resolution ordering a summary vacation of this excess street right-of-way. ANALYSIS: Several years ago, the owner of the property at 17116 Elm Street dedicated seven feet for street widening which was in conformance with the master planned width. Subsequent to that dedication,' an additional seven feet was mistakenly dedicated again by the recordation of a parcel map, thus creating excess right-of-way. This recommended vacation will eliminate the excess right-of-way and return the street to its. master planned width. FUNDING SOURCE: None. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt the attached resolution ordering a summary vacation of this excess street right-of-way. ANALYSIS: Several years ago, the owner of the property at 17116 Elm Street dedicated seven feet for street widening which was in conformance with the master planned width. Subsequent to that dedication, an additional seven feet was mistakenly dedicated again by the recordation of a parcel map, thus creating excess right-of-way. This recommended vacation will eliminate the excess right-of-way and return the street to its master planned width. FUNDING SOURCE: None.
