At the time the map recorded, Slater Avenue was planned to extend west of Graham Street, therefore, the right of way dedicated with the map was sufficient. Slater Avenue is now designed to deadend at Graham Street, .� therefore, the alignment for the landscaped area must change to allow foz the realignment of Slater. The treatment given to the landscaped area will be the same, but at a different location.
