That on the 5th day of December, 1966, the City Council of said City passed its Resolution of Intention No, 24690 "A Resolution of Intention of the City Council of the City of Huntington Bunch, California to vacate a six foot walkway easenent lying westerly from Parker Circle within the City of Huntington Beach, California," and giving notice of hearing on said vacation.
