Pursuant to Division 9 , Part 3, Chapter 2 of the Streeta and 111 Ehways Code of the -State of C�;lifornis. (Sections 8320 et seq . , the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach hereby declares its intention to vacate E California Street between Oswego Avenue and Nashvillc Street, described as follows : That portion of 1'. J . Watr�on ' s resubdivision, as shown on a map recorded in Book 4 , page 56, Miscellaneous Maps , records of Orange County -f being described as follows : Beginning at the northeast corner of Block 1403 of said T.
