CRESOLUTION NO. 5085d (.C Y;i A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINOTON BEACH ORDERING THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF YORKTOWN AVENUE EAST .OF MAIN STREET WHEREAS, on December 21 , 1981 the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach duly adopted Resolution No . 5052 declaring its i intention to vacate a portion of Yorktown Avenue east of Alain I� Street , and referring to naps or plans on file in the office of the City Clerk for particulars as to the proposed vacation ; and Said resolution fixed the time and place of January 18, 1982 at the hour of 7 : 30 P .m. , or as soon thereafter as the matter could be heard , in the Council Chambers in the Civic Center, for hearing all persons Interested In or objecting to the proposed vacation , which time arts not less than fifteen ( 15) days fror7 the passage of said resolution.
