RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTO14 'BEACH ORDERING THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF HUNTINGTON STREET AND DELAWARE STREET „ WHEREAS, on January 7 , 1974 , the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach duly, adopted Resolution No. 3823 declaring its intention to vacate a portion of Huntington Street and Delaware Street in the City of Huntington Beach, and referring' to maps or plans on file in the office of the City Clerk- for particulars as to the proposed vacation; and Said resolution fixed the time and place of Monday., February !i , 1974 at the hour of 7: 00 p.m. , or as soon there- after as the matter may be heard , in the Council Chambers in City Mall , Huntington Beach, California for hearing all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation, which time i � was not less than fifteen (15 ) days from the passage of said resolution.
