A public meeting was held before the Planning Commission on June 5 , 1979 at which time it was determined, pursuant to Dovernmc.-.c Code Section 65402 , that the propoeied vacation of a portion of Knoxville Avenue conformed to the city' s general plan . Wentworth City Clark Subject: Resolution Ho.4901 Thank you for notifying us in regard to the proposed vacation of a portion of Knoxville Avenue east of Lake Street. According to'�our records, we have plans to install a 2 inch' gas Main in -the alley as shorn on recorded tract map 10809, mnd have obtained an easement to that effect from the owners. At the time we obtained that easement., Knoxville Avenue was still a dedicated street, and we did not obtain an easement over that portion of the street. However, when the proposed vacation is finalized, we would like an easement reserved over the easterly 20 feet of Knoxville Avenue at the East boundary line of Tract 10809 as indicated on the attached prints.
