AN ORDER of THE CITY COUNCIL VACATING A PORTICN.QF' SEVENTEENTH STREET IN THE CITY OF HUNTINdTON BEACH, WEEREAS, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach, California, did, by, unanimous vote on the .16th day of November 1 at a regular weeting of said ' bdd regularly and duly adopt Resolution Nov 1207 entitled aA Resolution. of Intention of the Cq.ty Council of the City, of Huntington Beach to Vacate a Portion of Seventeenth Street in Said City and Giving Notice of a Hearing on said Vacation; rt and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Huntington. Beach did elect to proceed under the provisions of the 16 Street Vacation Act of 1941; and 17 WIEWBAS $ the portion of the street to be vacated l3 �within lies wi than the City of Huntington Beach and is not a 19 portion of a state highway; and 20 ..
