As requested in our various
telephone conversations$ I have researched
the above referenced file seeking
information regarding the requirements
placed on the lfiantington Harbor
Corporationg by the State Lands Coiiwids'ion
duritil, the processing, of the various;
land exchanges within.the Huntihgton
Harbor Area. It appears from all
the correspondence that the State -Lands
Commission hals released Huntington
Harbor Corporation from it's responsibilities
to provide bublic access to the
Waterways within tfie'Hu�ntinCton Harbor Complex.
