The stand shall not be located closer than twenty (20) feet from the edge of street pavement. In no case shall the stand encroach, onto a public right-of-way. c. In the event additional right-of-way is needed or additional improvements are installed, the ap licant shall be required to relocate the structureM at his expense, and in compliance w3.th all provisions of _- s Section. d. Adequate off-street parking shall be provided. The off-street parking area shall be oiled with 0.25 gallons of SO®70 per square yard. Re -oiling of the parking area shall be performed as requited to control the growth of weeds. e. Prior to issuance of a business license or building permit, a one hundred (100) dollar cash bond shall be posted pith the Pu.ildx, Department to guarantee removal of the structurre(s upon termination of the use and to guarantee mainteAance of the properx,7o A ` 0 Said bond shall be accompanied by a signed agreement which will allow the Building Department to enter the premises and destroy or remove the building(s) or structures) if they become ate RF nuisance, hazard or are in disrepair. f. Said application shall be reviewed annually for reapproval, conditional approval, or denial by the Board. S.,9_nO.26.2 Christmas Tree Sales Lots. a. Storage and display of trees shall be setback twenty (20) feet from the edge of street pavement, In no case shall the stand encroach onto a public right-of-way. b. Said use shall be completely removed by January 3 of the following year. c. Any temporary shelter shall be constructed according to Building Department Standards. d. All provisions of Title 19 of the Fire Code shall be complied with. e. Adequate off-street parking facilities shall be provided. f. Prior to issuance of a business license, a one hundred (100) dollar cash bond shall be posted with the Budding Department to guarantee removal of any structure upon termination of the use and to guarantee maintenance of the property. So 9 O 25 3 Trailers or Construction Offices. Trailers may be use on constructlon s1tes pro- ded the use of the trailer is the same as the future use of the building under construc- tion, or is used as a construction office. A portable temporary building may also be used as a construction. offices a. When the use of the trailer is the same as the future use of the building, the permit shall be limited to four (4) months. After this time period$ the applicant may request a continuation by written reouest to the Board. Continuation may be granted for any specified period after the Board determines that construction is proceeding without undue delay. b. Adequate off-street parking facilities shall be provided. 0 c.
