Belsito, City Administrator RE: CODE AMENDMENT NO. 76-20: REVISIONS TO THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE DEDICATION OF STREET RIGHTTOF-WAY Transmitted herewith is proposed Code Amendment No. 76-20. It proposes to repeal various sections of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code per- taining to the yard measurements as they relate to the methods of deter- mination of the ultimate right-of-way lines. The amendment also proposes to amend other provisions of the zoning ordinance by eliminating inconsistent language relating to right-of-way determination and also provides a standard definition regulating the basis of measurement by stipulating that setbacks shall be measured from the latest adopted maximum width for all streets, alleys, and thoroughfares within the City.
