The proposed code revisions(will require that all public easements deemed to be necessary by the Department of Public Works be dedicated to the City prior to the issuance of a building permit or prior to the use of land for any purpose ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Code Emendment No. 80-2 is exempt from the provisions of the State EIR Guidelines and CEQA.
