Where the earlier resolution referenced the Oldtown/Townlot regulations for the maximum height and rear yard setback requirements , now the resolution explicitly states the maximum height allowed . Item No . 3 contains the height provisions, including the twenty- five foot setback fror,. the front propert ;r line for structures over twenty-two feet in height ( tha iemains unchanged ) , but deleting any requirev.ent for an increased setback from the :ear property line .
