Transmitted herewith is a proposed amendment to Division
9 of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code Said amend-
ment pertains to minimum lot width and frontage in all
residential zones
The Planning Commission unanimously approved this matter
on February 21, 1967, and recommends adoption by your
Honorable Body

Section 1. That Sections 9102.2, 9162.29 9202.2. and
9232.2 of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code are hereby
amended and as amended shall read in words and figures as
follows
Minimum Lot Width and Fronta e The minimum lot ANidth shall
e sixty 777 feet for interior lots and sixty-five (65) feet
for exterior lots The minimum frontage shall be forty-five
(45) feet for cul-de-sac and knuckle lots.
