Palin, Director, Development Services Subject: CODE AMENDMENT NO. 83-31 o�-t> "a.G 81? + 10e5 Statement of Issue, Recommendation, Analysis, Funding Source, Alternative Actions, Attachments: STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Code Amendment No. 83-31 was initiated by the Department of Development Services to purge from the Ordinance Code all references to Plot Plan Amendment. These minor changes were inadvertently omitted during the processing on Code Amendment No. 83-10, Site Plan Amendments. The resolution establishing fees will be amended by adoption of the attached resolution. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Code Amendment No. 83-31 and adopt the attached ordinance and resolution. FUNDING SOURCE: None required. ALTERNATIVE ACTION: 1. Retain erroneous references to plot plan amendment and established fee. 2. Retain fee and delete references in Ordinance Code. ATTACHMENTS: 1.
