Transmitted herewith is a proposed amendment to Division
9 of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code Said amendment
pertains to separation wall requirements for Professional,
Commercial and Industrial Uses, having a common property
line with property zoned or used for residential purposes
The Planning Commission unanimously approved this matter
on September 19, 1967, and recommends adoption by your
Honorable Body
