Subject property is within the Central Industrial :area which was studied by thf: Planning Department and Planning Commission in 1970 at which ti;te it was agreed that the Ml classification was proper. It is 1101n Study Area "D" of the Master Plan of Land Use u4i1ch will be reviewed by the Commission at the last Study meeting in September or the first Otudy meeting in October. The Staff', proposal is for the property to remain in an Industrial class ZicatIon. 3. In the post, the Commission has stated that they intend holding the line on indust0al zonit►7 in this area at its present confii,uration with exception of the; property front'.tg on Edinger Avenue. 4.
