Gentlemen:
Transmitted herewith is the Planning Commission recom. endation for
approval of 'Lone Case No. 71-31, Area "F". This zone case was initiated
as a Resolution of Intent by the Planning Commission for a change of
zone from M2 Heavy Industrial District, M2-0 Heavy Industrial District
combined with oil production to R4 Multiple Family Residence District and
114-0 Multiple Family Residence District combined with oil production.
The subject property is described as the SEA of Block 217, located on the
northwest side of 17th Street, between Olive and Walnut Avenues,
The Planning Commission approved 'Lone Case No. 71-31, Area "F" or►
September 21, 1971 and recommends adoption by your Honorable Body.
