Transmitted herewith is the. Planning Commission recotrantendation for
approval of Zone Case No. 71.31, Area "G". This atone case was initiated
as a Resolution of Intent by the Planning Comission for a change of
zone from M2 Heavy Industrial District, M2-0 heavy Industrial District
combined with oil production to R4 Multiple Family Residence District and
R4-0 Multiple Family Residence District combined with oil production.
The subject property is described as the NW� of Block 2160 located on the
southeast side of 170 Street, between Olive and Walnut Avenues.
The Planning Commission approved zone Case No. 71-31, Area "G" on
September 21, 1971 and recoaraends adoption by your Honorable Body.
Reason given by the i'lanninfi ^nnyiinsion for their action;
1. The proposed Rio zvie is compatible with adjacent property.
