Gentlemen:
Transmitted herewith is the Planning Commission recommendation for
approval of Zones Case No. 71-31, Area "H". This zone case was initiated
as a Resolution of intent by the Planning Commission for a change of
zone from M2 heavy Industrial District to fit+ Multiple Family Residence
District. The subject property is described as the NEB of the ae� of
Block 117, located on the southwest corner of 1701 Street and Walnut
Avenue.
The Planning Commission approved 'Lone: Case: tin. 71-31, Area "ff" on
September. 21, 1971 and reYcomrnendt adoption by your Honorable Body.
