approval of Zone Case No. 71-31, Area "J". This zone case Was initiated
as a Resolution of Intent by the planning Commission for a change of
zone from MM Heavy Industrial District, M2-0 heavy Industrial District
combined with oil production to R4 Multiple Family Residence District
and It4-0 Multlplp. Family Residence District combined with oil production.
The subject property is described as the !fiWj of the NWT of Block 116,
located on the southeast corner of 17th Street and Walnut Avenue.
The Planning Commission approved Zone Case No. 71-31, Area "J" on
September 11, lg71and recommends radopticn by your Honorable Body.
