October 19th meeting .
7.. Pursuant to the requirements of Article 968 , a use permit applica-
tion must be filed with the Board of Zoning Adjustments delineating
the manner in which the oil operation ^ite will be improved . If
the Planning Commission wishes to comment on this proposal , they
should do so at this time and direct their ideas to the Board of
Zoning; Adjustments for consideration when the use permit applica-
tion is reviewed ,
