This application is a request to change the zone on a 11.5 ft. x 135 ft. parcel of land located on the north side of Alhambra Drive:, 110 ft. west of Beach Boulevard from RZ Two Family Residence" District to C4 Highway Commercial District. 2. Property to the north, west and south is zoned R2 Two Family Residence District. Property to the east and southeast is zoned C4 Highway Commercial. 3. The applicant has indicated that this request was filed in order to permit a mobilehome sales lot At this location and that the additional area is necessary because the depth presently existing is insufficient to allow a reasonable commercial development. Also, that devz lopment of this property would batten destruct4on of 4 old houses on Lite property. +.
