ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Y .r Notif icatians-of the , proposed change of zone were mailed to all property
owners within 'a 300 foot radius of the subject. There were no com-
munications, 'either written or oral, presented at the public hearing on
the matter.
ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS :
The proposed site was a part of the Land Use Amendment adopted by the
City Council in March of 1975. An environmental assessment was approved
as a part of that document and the proposed zone case merely implements
the approved land uses.
