These vacations will modifiy right--of-way widths to provide street sections as mandated in this Circulation Element. " There presently exists 50 foot building setbacks from the existing Property lines on both 17th Street and Garfield Avenue. Because the property lines are being adjusted as the rasult of the street vacations, it is also necessary for the setback lines to be adjusted. Therefore, the staff recommended approval o:: Zone Change No. 76-15. ADD ITIONAL ITIONAL INFORMATION: Notification of the proposed setback change were sent to property owners of record within a. 300 foot radius of the subject site .
