Sow . density "residential- because of the undesirable technical constraints for Ii dustrial development "and because a residential designation would provide a more logical buffer between potential and existing land uses in the general area. ADDITIONAL INFORtMTION: The Planning Commission held a public hearing on this request at its meeting of December 7, 1976 . There was no one present to speak either in favor or opposition to the request. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: The proposed charge of zone was a part of General Plan Amendment No. 76-2 , which was granted Negative Declaration No. 76--78 by both the Planning COMMiss:L:)n and City Council .
