Eer vice 'demand of the immediate area. Mhen this analysis is combined
with existing multi-family residential character of the area , a medium
density residential designation and corresponding zoning are the most
logical land uses and zoning.
ADDITIONAL INFOFtbIATION:
During the public hearing on the matter there was no one present to
speak either in favor or opposition. Legal, notifi^_ation vas mailed to

adjacent property owners within a 300 foot radius of the subject site .
ENVIRCINbiENTAL STATUS :
The requested change of zone was assessed for environmental effects as
a part of the third amendment to the Pna 3e I Land Use Element of the
General Plan. The Planning Commission approved this document at its
meeting of March 2 , 1976.
