The entire cemetery site consists of 57 acres of property � located east of Beach Boulevard and north of Talbert Avenue. It is .. now the intent of the church to construct church facilities on a . 4 . 1 acre site. A site plan (attached) has been prepared for the proposed church facilities. If the zone change request is approved , the applicant will be requiredto obtain approval of a conditional use permit application addressing the proposed site plan as well as a parcel map creating the 4 . 1 acre site. The staff in its initial study of the project has recommended that a negative declaration be issued. Prior to action on the zone change application, It is necessary for the Planning Commission to review and adopt Negative Declaration No. 79-80 .
