September 1, 1977 in the Huntington Beach News .
3 A SURROUNDING LAND USES AND ZONING:
The subject property is located on the east side of Beach Boulevard
approximately 120 ft. south of Taylor Ave . and consists of approxi-
mately one acre . The site is presently zoned R5 , Office-Professional,
and is vacant of development. Located to the north , the properties
are zoned R1 , Low Density Residential and are developed as such.
The properties located to the east are zoned R2, Medium Density
Residential and are developed with fourple:.es. To the south of
the subject.- site , the property is zoned C4 and is presently vacant
of development. The properties located across Beach Boulevard to the
west are zoned C2 , Community Business District and are developed with
automobile sales agencies .
