the northwest corner of Springdale and Bolua Avenue.

DISCUSSION:
In November of 1977, the City Council adopted a Multi-Story Study
a as part of General Plan ?amendment No. 77-2 . This Multi-Story Study
r fo
identified several areas within ..tie City that were suitable r
inulti-story development. The subject property was considered in the
study and identified on the adopted :yap as a secondary location for
Multi storydevelopment.
The proposed project, for which a conceptual plan has been attachrsd,
will consist of two G-story structures and the remaining two- and
three-story structures . The two.- and three--story structures are con-
'' `` aistent and can be developed under the existing ordinance; however,
the two 6-story structures will be required to be developed under the
Multi-Story Ordinance.
Section 9342 of the Huntington t3nach ordinance Code, Multi-Story
suffix, indicates that the inulti -story suffix may be combined with the
Ml-A base district. Therefore, the proposed MS addition to the exist-
r;r'`. .'` ing Ml--A zoning is consistent with the ordinance. Based on the fact
that .the subject frcperty was identified in the adopted Multi-Story
Study, and that the MS suffix is consiatent with the M1 base zoning
district, the Planning Commission approved Gone Change No. 60-14 .
NV2RONMENTAL STATUS:
