zoning designation cn the subject property from R.-1 (Single Family
Residential District) and A-1 (Agricultural District) to R-5 (Office
Professional District) . On October 21, 1980, the Planning Commission
char ed the General. Plan designation on the subject 9 � property from
Low Density Residential to General Commercial . Presently, the
